At Domex, we are doing everything we can to help fight COVID-19. Following the guidance of the UK Government, we have been continuing to provide our services to the public while strictly observing social distancing and hygiene advice. Service such as washing machine repairs, refrigeration and cooking appliance repairs, have been deemed essential by the government. Indeed, they help us preserve and prepare food and maintain basic hygiene. But we feel this is not enough and we have thought how we can extend our support in the current circumstance to fight this pandemic.
UK has one of the best care systems in the world, the NHS. NHS staff have been increasingly working under a lot of pressure to help us (every person in the UK) during these unprecedented times. They have been doing long shifts, extra hours and working under a lot of stress in the past couple of weeks.
So it is clear to us as a company that offering better support to the NHS workers who live in Domex coverage area will go some way to make their present lives that tiny bit less stressful.
We will provide same day service to any NHS staff who need repair to the following essential appliances:
- Refrigeration appliance – domestic fridge, freezer or combi
- Cooking appliance – domestic hob, oven, cooker and even microwaves
- Washing appliance – washing machine repairs or washer dryer repairs
We will also provide 10% off the entire repair cost to those who have to pay for their repair i.e. not having warranty or extended warranty for their appliance.
We hope that our efforts will help our NHS heroes have normality in their personal lives, be able to get ready for work (have clean uniforms) and most importantly to continue to save lives! So this is our thank you gesture to the NHS!

- Repairs must be booked by 1pm to qualify for same day service. We’ll endeavour to honour bookings even after 1pm
- Service delivery Mon-Fri 8am-6pm. Saturdays subject to available engineers
- Only brands supported by Domex and its partners in Domex Coverage Area
- Valid NHS email must be provided upon booking for verification.
